The first few years of your child’s life literally happen in the blink of an eye (especially the First Year!) Your little one will change so much from the day they are born up until their first birthday. That precious newborn stage just flew by didn’t it? Being your Lincoln baby photographer, I will help you remember all of the fine details during your little ones first few years that you will cherish forever.
Milestone sessions aren’t just for babies, older kiddos are also welcome!
Each child reaches milestones at different ages, tummy time, first smile, learned to sit, crawling, standing, walking, talk and more. Which means the scheduling of these milestone sessions will vary. They are typically scheduled between 3-11 months and then yearly. I will leave it up to you to schedule when your child does something new that you would like to remember.
Your child is hitting milestones faster than you can imagine I bet! Are they socially smiling, sitting unassisted, rolling over, or even taking their first steps? Let’s document this precious time and freeze it in time. I am here to capture the beautiful baby milestones for you and your family. My style for milestone sessions is all about monochromatic coordinating looks. I also love neutral tones for a beautiful look all outfits are provided for little ones wearing sizes 3T and under. I do have some older sizes available upon request.
Nebraska Baby & Child Photography
milestone session fee – $300
A Creative Session Fee of $300 is due at the time of booking to secure your session date on the calendar. This fee is credited to your final balance.
This fee includes the planning and design consultation, portrait session time from beginning to end, use of client wardrobe, multiple outfits/looks, and one gallery viewing appointment to view your proofs and purchase your images.
Milestone sessions will be done using monochromatic setups in any color of your choice! I have an array of color options to choose from with coordinating outfits. Props such as bowls, stools, wooden toys and layers will be used. Wardrobe for little ones 3t and younger is included for use!

As a baby milestone photographer in Lincoln, NE the best part is being able to follow my littlest clients as they grow through each milestone. The most popular times to document in a baby’s life are newborn, 3 and/or 6 months, 9 months and their big first birthday.
During a three month milestone session, babies are photographed on their back. Typically at this age they have great eye contact, they have better neck and head control and maybe even sometimes social smiling. If able to hold their head up we will get some tummy time photos as well.
At the six month baby photography milestone session, your little one will be just about sitting unassisted. If they are not sitting unassisted I have age-appropriate props that we will use such as bucks or bowls. Even them just laying playing with their feet or blowing spit bubbles are images you will cherish.
Nine month baby photo sessions are one of my favorites because babies personalities really shine! They are sometimes walking, running, and fully of laughter. When your baby reaches nine months can you believe how fast that went? I bet you now are starting to make sense of when people say “time flies” because it does. Nine whole months of loving your little bundle each and every day. They are probably crawling EVERYWHERE and getting into EVERYTHING! if not? Very soon!
Lastly, their 12 month Birthday Session! Birthday’s are a way to document them turning the big ONE, TWO or even THREE! We will celebrate with a cake! As your Lincoln Cake Smash Photographer I will capture their big first birthday in the most memorable way.

What to expect before, during and after booking
Step 1 : Inquiry
Send an inquiry form below and I will reach out to you via email to discuss package options for the session type you are interested in.
Step 2 : Consultation
You want to hire a photographer that executes exactly what you are looking for. Once your creative fee is paid and your contract has been signed we will schedule your session date based on the current milestone you are wishing to capture. You will receive a pre-session questionnaire which will assist me in customizing your session from clothing sizes for your little one to just an overall getting to know them a little better. After your consultation and questionnaire have been completed you can entrust that I will capture everything we discussed just the way you envision.
Step 3 : The session
The big day is finally here! When you arrive to my in private studio in Lincoln, NE or I arrive to your home, as your baby milestone photographer in Nebraska, I will have everything needed based off of our pre session consultation and questionnaire answers. You can just sit back enjoy some snacks and refreshments and relax! No need to supply anything, I have an array of props and infant clothing pieces. If you have a sentimental item that you would like to incorporate into your session you are more than to have it handy! welcome to bring it along.
Step 4 : ordering/gallery reveal
The moment you’ve been waiting for! Within a week of your session date, I will send you a proof gallery online for you to view your beautiful images from your session! I will assist you with choosing and designing products to display in your home based off of your needs and wants as well as if you wanted any gift items for family and friends.
Step 5 : Delivery
Within 3-6 weeks of your gallery reveal/ordering appointment, your digital image gallery will be sent via a password protected online gallery for you download. land in your email for you to download! Your printed artwork will be ordered and delivered as soon as I receive them.
